As an executive coach and business psychologist, my primary focus is on enhancing leaders' effectiveness through developing greater self-awareness of their impact. I particularly enjoy working with those new to the C-suite, and high-potentials transitioning from managing projects to heading functions and departments.
Through a unique blend of support, encouragement, and “tough love” with humour, I have honed expertise in challenging clients to maximise untapped potential. As a result, clients consistently exceed initial expectations and frequently describe our sessions as life-changing.
The strength of my approach lies in a combination of being a certified Business Psychologist specialising in development, with insights gained working at senior levels in both the public and private sector. Moreover, I am a Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, a distinction achieved by less than 3.5% of its 56,000 members. Leveraging this diverse background enables me to adopt an eclectic approach that integrates multiple theories and models to deepen clients’ understanding. Additionally, I introduce practical strategies and techniques that clients can readily apply to different contexts.
Extensive experience working across markets and cultures has enabled me to acquire a wealth of knowledge in diverse industries. For over a decade, I coached on global Executive Leadership programmes for some of the world's most prestigious business schools, including Duke Corporate Education, the London School of Economics, and the London Business School.
