I am a lucky person because I have a job that I love and do not see myself doing something else. I would like to specialize in neuroplasticity and coaching and I want to have a great impact in HR & TRAINING development programs (talent development, certification programs and specialized programs such as the academy of management). I have a comprehensive expertise in all of the fields above and I firmly believe that I can add value to the area of Learning and Development for HR& Training departments.
I can make an immediate contribution in any learning and development role and my previous experience working in a ‘hands-on’ L&D role (where I have designed and developed training and development solutions) can be essential and can make a difference in any partnership with the HR departments, legal departments, call center, BPO, management teams, and teaching departments.
I feel very comfortable delivering business and personal skills programs in a variety of settings (formal programs, team days and workshops) and I have experience of designing and developing for all of these forums. I will also support the external facilitation of the Leadership and Management Development program, and I will be involved in one to one coaching and personal development planning.
I’m an excellent communicator (both verbally and in writing) and an engaging presenter with the ability to gain credibility at the most senior level within your business very quickly.
