Amy Carroll is a Swiss/American
communication coach, trainer, speaker and MC. She specializes in leadership, emotional intelligence and communication
training for multinational clients with global objectives and teams. She leads training through her own company,
Carroll Communication Coaching Sàrl, www.carrollcoaching.com 

Amy holds a Bachelor’s degree in
psychology and brings with her over 25 years of experience. Fourteen of those
years were spent working in psychiatric, managed care and educational
facilities before becoming a coach and trainer. Her understanding of the human psyche is extensive. Starting her own
business in 2000, Amy now leads programs for multinationals worldwide. She is a member of the International Coach
Federation, a certified CoachU coach, the foremost coaching institution in the
world and a certified NLP Master Practitioner (neuro linguistic programming).

Amy coaches clients to become more
dynamic, honest and effective partners, developing their ability to influence
others by creating powerful partnerships. She does this with the help of the
improvisational theatre philosophy, “Make your partner look good!”
