I am very used to face and to deal with a changing reality and I love to commit myself to sustain changes and to facilitate projects of growth: I have always been struck by the never ending growing and changing chances that each human being has to develop himself.
I gained a 15 years solid business experience in leading multinational advertising agencies, such as: Saatchi&Saatchi, Grey Worldwide, EuroRSCG, Bates Italy, Red Cell, where I successfully played different institutional roles.
I accounted for the advertising budget of companies such as: Procter & Gamble, Nokia, Boehringer Ingelheim, Poste Italiane, Agip/ENI, Citroen, Air France, De Cecco, IP Petrol, MasterCard, Fendi, Ferrovie dello Stato, while organizing multi disciplinary teams and helping their interaction at different levels of the organizations.
Following a blessed chance encounter with the coaching world many years ago, and after having experienced the effect of it on my life, in 2003 I decided to start a new career path.
I have been training to become a Professional Coach through Future Academy. I also have a master in Team coaching and Core coaching Future.
I am now a Certified Coach member of ICF, and I volunteered as Coaching Week 2011 team leader.
I still follow refresher and personal/professional developing courses in order to offer the best to my coaching partners and I keep myself update in the training profession with Wolfgang Stabentheiner, the founder of Future method.
My experience of life and business, together with a deep capacity of understanding and perceiving reality, gives me the chance to contribute to my partners’ success, offering respect, passion, and a great skill.
I have a good expertise in leading groups within different training programs, specifically on leadership and communication issues.
I work integrating coaching, facilitation and training to facilitate organizational development process, and to support creative change management.
My mission is to turn the hidden potentials into performance and life effectiveness and concreteness, both in professional and in personal life.
