I am a learning/organisational development professional and coach with over 20 years’ experience. I have been managing teams for over 30 years. I also run a small freelance coaching, consultancy, training and facilitation company and am an associate coach with several providers. I am an experienced coach and mentor, having won awards for mentoring university students and am particularly interested in working with teams and individuals on career and personal developments issues. I have strong influencing and negotiating skills honed in many years of working with senior managers, including Management Boards. I have many years’ experience of working as an internal and external consultant with a particular interest in ensuring that learning and organisational development interventions are closely aligned to business needs. I have particularly strong relationship management skills.
