My name is Christal Baker and I got my degree in Public Health and attended the (Institute of Integrative Nutrition).  I have a passion for helping my clients get their life back in order and I have the state of the art strategies that will be tailored for each clients individual challenges.   My goal is to work with my clients on obtaining  organization skills, healthy eating habits, balance in key life areas such as career, relationships, health and fitness, leisure, and financial and personal life management.
