While most organisations have some form of in-house support for staff, sometimes the matter is too sensitive and you may need to tailor this support.

In a context of increasing demands and limited resources, protecting and supporting vulnerable children, adults or communities can take its toll on resilience levels. And when things go wrong at work or on a personal level, additional support can often help get your staff back on track. However, in many instances, individuals will want a trusted external, independent source of support.
