Dominique set up her Coaching and Leadership Consultancy in 2015 having spent the previous 15 years working in multiple industries, managing teams, and leading a global leadership development function for an international organisation. Here she deployed people interventions to support strategy, culture and change needs. These engagements included managing and leading through highs and lows, with diverse cultures across UK, Europe. Asia and U.S.A. Before all that she started out as a young entrepreneur and for ten years ran various retail businesses in the U.K.
Her passion – Leading can be tough and the goal of her consultancy is to play a part in creating managers and leaders who can lead well, especially when under pressure. Leaders who respect the impact they have on others, who want to achieve results and support their team member’s progression, within psychologically safe and healthy working environments.
Her work Dominique designs and delivers leadership and personal skills development both nationally and internationally along with coaching to executive level. Dominique’s services go beyond the theory into practical actions for change. Her neuroscience focus gives even deeper science based insights and tools to deal with the stress and pressure expressed by clients. Dominique loves to laugh and bring enjoyment to the learning process. Additionally, Dominique speaks at company learning events, in person or on podcasts and has contributed to career articles for an international magazine.
