I am an empowering, creative, and growth oriented ICF Certified professional executive, leadership and team coach. (Bec, MCC, CPCC, ORSC, NLP, & STC ). I am, also, a faculty member of Academy of Executive Coaching. I’ve been based in Dubai, UAE since 2005. I have 4000+ coaching hours and have been coaching individuals, executives and teams since 2011.
I’ve a BA in Economics, and am a Marketing Communications Expert with almost 20 years of experience, which I gained through working in different fields of Advertising and Marketing in the MENAT region. During my corporate experience, I held senior roles where I led large businesses and teams.
Being a leadership skills development career and leadership coach, and a facilitator, I work with individuals and teams by staying true to my life-purpose of ‘unlocking potential’. One of my key skills is being able to meet my clients exactly where they are, holding them there just long enough to show how resourceful they are, to increase their capacity to grow. I work with my clients on mindset and energy levels by focusing on their ‘being and doing’. I truly believe this is the path to transformation and professional empowerment.
