My clients feel understood when expressing how much pressure & discomfort come with deadlines and change : with over 10 years of project management experience (process & systems improvements for medium and multinational companies, Finance, R&D and Marketing departments, 9 to +100 team members, over 5,000 stakeholders), I grasp the challenges they are facing, and as a trainer for mental health first aid, I support well-being at work.

A coaching session is like a gift: dedicating time, with the right person, to take a step back, observe the hints available and take realistic, confident and meaningful action towards our goals.

What makes coaching special is to have such a safe space, confidential, comfortable yet demanding, where we can (re)connect with our yearnings and ressources, which then makes it easier to consciously choose our next move towards meaningful goals, and enjoy the ride.

A good time to experiment coaching varies from one person to another: taking on a new challenge, developing your business, transitioning to a new role, recalibrating the balance between personal & professional life are common examples. However, I ‘d recommend to consider it earlier in the process of change: when we feel some sort of readiness, without a strong push to get out of the present comfort zone. This is probably when it will be the easiest, most comfortable and most rewarding.
