I am an experienced Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapist, using my experience and background of working within a Community Mental Health Team to form a private family practice, providing Mental Health & Wellbeing services.

All sessions are Video Face Chats through a secured video platform. (only £25 per hourly session)
