I am an experienced Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapist, using my experience and background of working within a Community Mental Health Team to form a private family practice, providing Mental Health & Wellbeing services.
FREE Initial phone consultations are available to see if we can work together to help you improve your life, and understand your daily stresses and struggles that you may inevitably experience from time to time. All sessions are Video Face Chats through a secured video platform. (only £25 per hourly session)
