have worked out from the little rhyme above that I do not make a
living from my poetry, so you’re in the wrong place if that’s what
you wanted 😀

If,
on the other hand, you are interested in fulfilling some dreams that
you may have let drift into the background, or you want a little
support in defining a new career or professional opportunity,
embarking on life changes or wondering what might inspire you after
the brood has left the nest, you are definitely where you should be.

That’s
the first lesson.

Wherever
you are, you can be assured that you are where you need to be to take
the next step towards whatever it is you are seeking, even if you are
not yet clear what that is.

You
may wonder how I know.

I
know because I have also stood there. At many stages of my life.

I
am an accredited coach who has benefited from the expertise of other
coaches over many years, and I continue to do so. There is always
another level for anyone who wants to continue to explore. I’m
curious about my own journey in life and I consider that an expert
coach never stops looking at what is next for them, providing greater
understanding for their clients.

I
say I have stood on the shoulders of giants through challenging times
for them and me while I defined what really ignited my life spark.

I’m
lit up.

A bit about me

I
am married (later in life) and live most of the year in the UK and
some of the year in my husband’s country. You’ll no doubt find out
more if you are in contact for your own coaching journey as I love to
share about the challenges I have faced and overcome. They inspire me
and I intend for them to inspire you when dealing with your own
desires and dreams.
