Jenn Dennis

My name is Jenn Dennis. I am married with two beautiful stepdaughters aged 9 and 12. I work full time as a leader for a credit union and I coach people for personal and business needs. During the days as a leader, I spend a lot of my time coaching my team. Mostly working through business issues, but sometimes personal ones as well (it really is impossible to separate the two).

I also coach Members through a Professional Money Coaching program that I launched to combine my coaching skills with my professional background. I spend a lot of time helping our small business members finding their passions and developing skills to succeed in business. 

In the past I have coached people of all ages and diverse backgrounds. I have coached people through many different issues. From career management to relationship management to health management. At the end of the day, a challenge is a challenge and a goal is a goal, it’s all in the approach. 

When I realized that coaching was the formal path for me, I chose to attend the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). iPEC aligned very closely with my values and beliefs. The Core Energy Coaching model that iPEC taught us leads to sustainable results, and the Energy Leadership Index program provides a tool to engage you in conscious change.
