Julie ( Julie Ann) Waldock is, as she coins it, a ‘HAPPY REGARDLESS’ Coach; who, for over 15 years, has been specializing in working with clients who seek happiness while at crisis points in their life.
Her individual and group programs teach instant and lasting resilience techniques for coping with this one life, no matter what it throws at you.
Working with professionals , entrepreneurs, athletes and those driven too change, her mission is to help as many people as possible find happiness and learn to put their happiness first.
Having over 30 years professional and academic training from her early days as a college lecturer in the Social Sciences and Dean of the college, through to her extensive work and training as a Resilience Coach, Master N.L.P. Practitioner, Mindfulness and Yoga Teacher and more, Julie has continually dedicated herself, her studies and her service to helping others overcome barriers that stand in the way of living their happiest life.
A Resilient and Happy-regardless champion herself, Julie has navigated her own (many) crisis points, by consistently applying her own techniques and mixing humor and healing in a very powerful way, and she is always eagerly ready to share her methods with everyone she meets!
