Katherine Coffman

Katherine is a
certified and experienced Executive Coach.
She had over 33 years of leading complex organizations in the public
sector, and began coaching in 2016. Her nine years of experience as a Human
Resources and Leadership Development Executive enables her to relate issues
that executives encounter. She has an MS in National Resource Strategy from the
National Defense University, an MS in Global Leadership from University of San
Diego, and a BS in Business Administration from University of Maryland.  Katherine has worked internationally on three
assignments throughout her career, which enables her to easily understand the
cultural differences that global companies face today. Katherine combines her
experience, studies in resources and leadership, and executive coaching to help
executives achieve their full potential. She helps them challenge the doubts
and beliefs that are limiting their personal impact and confidence and helps
them create an action plan to achieve their goals. She is a member of the
International Coaching Federation and International Association of Coaching.
