We are all very aware of how important it is to be physically fit, however, do you know how to keep yourself mentally fit? (Don’t worry if you don’t, most people don’t even give it a second thought until they start to experience problems with their mental health).
What is mental fitness?
Mental fitness is the capacity and ability to improve our performance through taking control of our psychological and emotional wellbeing.
Why is mental fitness so important?
