Coachingul este un spatiu de dezvoltare, o relatie profesionala de parteneriat intre un coach profesionist si un client (individual, echipa, organizatie) cu scopul cresterii performantei, masurata in rezultate concrete si ambitioase.

Suntem o echipa de profesionisti, care practica coachingul respectand principii etice, dar si bunele practici in domeniu, stabilite de comunitatea coachilor profesionisti la nivel global – International Coach Federation (ICF).

ICF defineste coaching-ul ca fiind un parteneriat cu clientul intr-un proces provocator de gandire si creativitate, care inspira clientul sa isi maximizeze potentialul personal si profesional.

Suntem antrenati sa ascultam, sa observam, sa provocam perspective noi, diferite, de atingere a obiectivelor. Suntem antrenati sa ajutam clientul sa gandeasca sistemic, sa vada “the big picture” si sa implementeze actiuni concrete prin care sa atinga rezultatele dorite.
