Mala Shah
Mala grew up in a family Business environment. She has always been
fascinated by what drives and motivates people, and of course, has been deeply
interested in Personal Development. Mala worked for the European Bank for
Reconstruction & Development in London, has travelled extensively, and met
people from various cultures and backgrounds, experiencing many different
attitudes towards life, and careers. She resigned from her position as Analyst
after 14 years. During this period of Full time work, she also pursued with her
own personal development. In 2010 she launched her event management company: MDS Events
International. MDS is outsourced by
event organizing companies both in Personal development and business
conferences, to manage their events.
She has the leadership and
expertise to organize and manage individual
from diverse cultures. Her sharp and
sweet
leadership techniques are respected and valued by all.
She returned to part time education by doing a course in teaching
(Computer Software Trainer), but realised the necessity of Psychology, so
commenced a Diploma course in Psychology, graduating to a Degree. She graduated
in BSc in Psychology at Birkbeck College, London in 2003.
Throughout her life she has
strived to achieve the “Impossible”.
Her motto is “Everything is Possible if You put Your Mind to
it”.
Mala’s Personal development has continued by achieving Neuro- Linguistic
Programming (NLP)
Practitioner qualification in 2004 under the training of Paul McKenna, Richard Bandlar (the co-creator of NLP in the late
1970’s) and in 2006 with Michael Neill.
She graduated from Mastery University with
Anthony Robbins (The world’s no. 1 Life Coach & Mentor) in California USA, in 2008, as well as stepping up to Master NLP Practitioner. In 2009 Mala
qualified as a Licensed Thought Field
Therapy Practitioner (TFT).
Mala put her experience to paper to share her knowledge and between
Years 2013- 2015, she co-authored and
launched 6 books, which are available on Amazon.
Mala’s honesty, openness and her sharing through her writing, has won
her the “Writer of the Year award- 2015”
by African Women in Europe.
For Mala no mountain is too high. With her motivational and determined
attitude, she has climbed Mountains. She climbed Mt Longonot in Kenya when she
was only 16 yrs old, and
more recently in 2013,
she climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro.
Mala appeared as Guest Speaker, one of the inspiring
women on “World of Women” TV programme
founded by Ms.Olabisi Obadara, which was broadcast on “FaithTV”, October 2015 episode 2.
