Not all Executive Coaches are the same.
Not all Executive Coaches have been described as;

COACHING PROFILE
As the owner and Principal Coach for Aspecture since 1999, I have worked successfully with a wide range of senior business people, enabling them to improve business results through transformational changes, profoundly altering the way they work and live. These include:-
- Dealing with increasing complexity, ambiguity, paradox and pressure, both at a business and an individual level.
- Understanding and development of rising stars & executives at midlife.
- Removal of significant behavioural road blocks to increase impact & influence on the business.
My approach has a deep behavioural base, and is under pinned by world-class research from the behavioural sciences, sports psychology and business theory. This approach is based on genuine partnership and delivering a highly tailored package to enable people to transform their performance in a results orientated and pragmatic fashion. The coaching takes people into new kinds of conversations that deepen and build their cognitive capacity and enables them to make sense out of circumstances that are extremely complex.
Additionally, I am being asked to work more with leadership teams in a combination of one to one and group situations to improve their collective impact & influence on their businesses.
Testimonials, case studies and published articles are available on my website.
I have international coaching experience, having worked in Europe (Switzerland, Germany, France, Liechtenstein), Turkey, India, South Africa and Barbados as well as being UK Director of the Centre for International Business Coaching, and also work with recovering members of the British Army.
Broadly experienced, I have worked with sports people and some UK national sports coaches to improve their coaching skills. I am a journalist for International Coaching News, am a contributing author to ‘A Coaches Story’, and have interviewed celebrities for articles (including Thierry Henry, Gary Rhodes and Tommy Hilfiger).
My coaching philosophy is simple. It is to inspire people to recognise their potential; to discover how to remove the roadblocks stopping them from achieving that potential; and maximise momentum to achieving that potential. I work at two levels – a pragmatic level ensuring clients have practical changes to make and a transformational level, working on issues that will have a more profound and long term impact.
This approach has been described as ‘engaging – yet ruthlessly results orientated’! Combined with many years experience of coaching at the top, world class training, subconscious learning techniques, pragmatism and the ability to galvanise people into action means that leaders will achieve the results they want – and that’s guaranteed!

“The coaching is, to be blunt, pretty damn amazing. As you know, it was provided because I was struggling and was not really seeing a future for myself in the company. I am now back to being the enthused, positive, proactive person I remembered being. I am fully committed to the company again which is fantastic, I have even asked to stay in my current role for another year …. as I believe now there is a lot more I can offer in this role, can deliver for the company and so much more I can learn. See, miracles really do happen.”
