Margarita Kolcheva is a
Life and Executive Coach with experience in developing people, teams
and organizations. In her coaching and career counseling practice she’s encountered many personality type imaginable, yet remains more than a little passionate that anyone can achieve the highest good of self in personal and professional perspective.
Before she becomes a Power Leadership Coach®, Margarita is inspired by bringing in Bulgaria the PCMK coaching methodologies, who presents the advanced coaching and works directly with the beliefs and roadblocks in the subconscious level – area in which she trusts and that excites her for years.
She also has been developing a variety of management
and leadership (personal and team) training programs for various soft
skills competences as Emotional Intelligence, Creativity, Communication
skills, Presentation skills, Assertiveness, etc. Margarita successfully
integrates the Coaching insights into Assessment and Development
Centers, Management workshops and team building activities she organizes with the main desire to adapt the coaching as a basic model of effective self-talk, people and relationship management tool.
Her career highlights also includes
working with disabled youth in various European projects in Poland,
Hungary, Turkey and Romania. Margarita is Certified Power Coach (CPC)
and having her Executive coaching certification form CLI (Coaching and
Leadership International), Canada. She has Master Degree in
Organizational and Social Psychology and is Certified Management and HR
Consultant from the Psychology Association in Bulgaria and NGB Consulting.
Margarita writes about motivational systems and how the soft skills training effectiveness could be measured in Bulgarian Society Association Journal.
She is also interested in the way people negotiate and inspire
themselves for actions and for that reason she adapted two international
questionnaires – “Behavioral inhibition and activation system (BIS/BAS
Scales)” by S. Carver and T. White and “Negotiation strategy
questionnaire” by J. Johnson.

a student and teacher of deep self-respect, modesty in the heart and
