I started coaching in 2005 as a result of clients needing “just a little more to get them through the fog.” My coaching philosophy is pretty simple, I coach anyone who wants impact and transformation by offering a personalized approach tailored to you. I believe that coaching is transformational because not only do you increase self-awareness but you discover and connect to your very own life purpose. My coaching portfolio includes working with people seeking career transition, leaders wanting to strengthen their impact, and individuals wanting to take themselves to the next level. I ground myself in helping my clients reach their purpose, vision, and goals. My coaching addresses issues of being and not just issues of doing, because I truly believe in authenticity, courage, and the ability to succeed despite uncertainty.
