Powerful Solutions To Recover From Burn Out and Trauma

You fly high and push hard. You’ve spent your life taking care of your career, children, partner,  parents and your friends, but you forgot to take care of yourself.  Finding balance in your life looks impossible. Without it though, you’re paying the price with your health.  All too often, the high achievers, the big performers, eventually hit burn out and ‘crash’. They collapse emotionally or physically or both and illness hovers on their horizon.

How do I know this to be true?

For over 20 years I’ve worked with high flying, powerful leaders who walked into my practice with zero energy; they don’t sleep; they’ve put on weight and they don’t feel well. Their doctor tells them there’s nothing wrong, it’s all in their head.  But they know that’s not true.  Something is wrong.  

And that’s where I step in. We can do lab tests not available on the NHS to look for answers as to WHY you feel like you do.  We can look at life/work balance or explore the big questions of Purpose and Passion; we can plan how you have more fun and feel more connected to friends and family. 

As Peter Drucker famously said “What gets measured, gets managed” And it starts with Awareness – of what is happening now and taking the first step towards recovery.
