Description
Started Mentoring Business owners in 2002 for 2 years until I found that business owners don’t like to be told what to do. I was then introduced to the concept of coaching with the Late Thomas Leonard. I was then converted to the concept of asking the right open ended questions rather than giving my clients the answer. I went on to do qualifications in Coaching to Diploma level and studied NLP in part due to a conflict in my values and beliefs.
I have coached a wide variety of individuals both male and female face to face and on the telephone. This includes sportspeople, business owners, sales executives and unemployed and I value and respect them all the same. I learnt this through Acting out a number of film and television roles from being a cabinet minister to being a poor villager. This helped me see my identity and value was in who I was and not my position.
I have designed my own Coaching COMMUNICATE model and specialise in Spiritual Coaching and Relationships however I am an excellent Sales Coach and Goals coach
Nick is sports minded and has a deep understanding of the purpose of Sport and what we can learn from it to help us mature as individuals.
