The strength of her approach is that she combines a background in Occupational Psychology with insights gained from working at senior levels in both the Public and Private Sectors. Her eclectic style includes many theories and models to enhance clients’ understanding, and introduce practical strategies and techniques which can be applied to other situations.
Working globally across markets and cultures, she has extensive experience within a wide range of organisations such as Arup, Barclays, The Cabinet Office, Grant Thornton, KPMG, Mckinsey, Met Office, Natural History Museum and Mubadala. For over 10 years she coached on Executive Education programmes at leading international business schools including Duke Corporate Education, the London School of Economics, and the London Business School in the UK, Dubai and Hong Kong, and designed and delivered a Career Development programme for VPs and SVPs in a large Middle Eastern corporation.
One of Olivia’s specialities is intensive “Power Hour” coaching for stressed executives kept awake at night by specific concerns. In just one hour they gain clarity and insight, enabling them to generate solutions to their challenges.
Olivia is a firm believer in life-long learning, gaining both her degrees while a mature student (BA Hons Psychology, Durham; MSc Occupational Psychology, Cardiff). She holds The International Coach Federation’s prestigious designation Master Certified Coach (MCC) and is a certified member of The Association for Business Psychology (CBP), Association for Coaching (Honorary), British Psychological Society’s Special Group in Coaching Psychology, and an ILM accredited Action Learning Facilitator.
