I have been coaching or over 30 years. I specialise in what is often called business coaching – what I mean by that is enabling people to find solutions to their work issues, understand their barriers and what holds them back and find ways to address them.
I have worked with people at all levels from Chief Executive to front line staff, many of whom have been in health, social care, youth and police sectors and in the voluntary/third sectors.
I train people to become coaches and gain the CMI (Chartered Management Institute) qualification
