I help people who are overworked, overwhelmed, disorganized or time-challenged to get out of their own way and get things
done, not by struggling, but by learning better strategies that work WITH the
unique way they think. 

As an ADD/ADHD Coach, Business Productivity Consultant and Professional
Organizer, I’ll help you (in person or by phone or Skype) discover new
ways to self-motivate and take control of your time, priorities, paperwork,
projects, relationships, attitude, space and stuff. Gain the time, energy,
clarity and focus needed to grow your business, succeed in school or the
workplace, balance work/home/self-care, maximize your potential and transform
the way you think, work and live!

Being an ADDult, and having raised a child with ADHD, I ‘get it,’ and have a totally non-judgmental
approach. I’m on a mission to help my clients (and myself,
LOL), reduce the climate of chaos and guilt over what doesn’t
work (often those tasks perceived as ‘easy’), and find do-able
strategies to overcome overwhelm, stop beating themselves up for what doesn’t
work, get things done and live a life they love.

I’ve also developed a unique approach to coaching/self-coaching: “Get Out of Your Own Way: The
7-Step PowerPlan to Success™,” which is particularly effective
for those people who struggle to “just DO it.”

I’ve been an ADHD educator since 1989, when I co-founded CHADD of New York City (the local
chapter of the national organization, Children & Adults with Attention
Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder).  I began coaching in 1991, when I
co-founded The A.D.D. Resource Center.  Before that I was a VP
Marketing/Creative Director and business consultant, so I approach
coaching as a hybrid coach-consultant-mentor-organizer-educator.

Senior-Credentialed ADHD Coach, Edge-Certified Student Coach, Holistic Time
Mastery Coach, Productive Environment Specialist™, Certified Career &
Life Planning Specialist, Trained Organizer-Coach™, Level II Specialist in
Chronic Disorganization and Golden Circle Member, National Association of Professional
Organizers.  I’m also a speaker, author and artist.
